Playback Edit Menu Redesign

The Challenge:
Existing Edit menu has become increasingly difficult to interact with because we were adding so many new capabilities. We need to reimagine this menu so that it is always available when a user is in Edit Mode, easy to scan and interact with, but it is also not intrusive when working within a particular Edit Mode.
